Dr Levell has published widely on topics of gender-based violence, including on issues for child survivors, and DVA perpetrators. Her first book, ‘Boys, Childhood Domestic Abuse and Gang Involvement: Violence at Home, Violence On-Road‘ was released in June 2022. Dr Levell is keen on creating front-line and policy changes with research and has worked with the UK’s Department of Health, The Office of the Victims Commissioner for England and Wales, and her new book has been recommended by the Office of the Domestic Abuse Commissioner for England and Wales.
